Refund Policy

At Glamoria , we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear refund policy in place to support you.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay a penalty.

2. Conditions of Reimbursement

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
  • Return must include receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure

  • Contact us by email at info@glamoria.fr to initiate a return request, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Processing of Refund

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the payment method used for purchase, within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain categories of items are not eligible for a refund:

6. Defective Products or Order Error

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
